In an effort to develop a fully integrated commercial bus for South America and North America, Navisar Global Bus entered into a global partnership with Brazilian commercial body manufacturer San Marino Onibus e Implementos Ltda (Neobus). Together, IC Bus and Neobus, build the NeoStar, a midi bus that includes a Navistar chassis complete with the MWM engine and a Neobus body. This bus is manufactured at the Neobus plant in Brazil.
